Lawns and garden look well maintained (thank you). Stairs appear to be in good working condition.
Hi Jenny, as we discussed during the inspection, the trash bins need to be replaced.
Deck is in good condition. Reminder for me (landlord) to reseal the deck in 6 months time. I’ll assess again at next inspection.
Chipped tile in front of fireplace
Oven seal needs replacing. Door sits open.
Pre-existing scratches on the cupboard
Oven seal needs replacing. Wear and tear on sink edge. Overall great condition!
Bathroom is in good condition, last regrouted 2 months ago
Clean and tidy.
Few scuffs on skirtings but is general wear and tear. Smoke alarm checked and working.
Good condition. Stain on carpet in front of cupboards.
A small stain was visible last inspection but since has been cleaned.
